Dr. Mack and his staff have worked in higher education for over 21 years.  Dr. Mack has worked in Enrollment, Retention and Student Success at the following universities:  Ashford University, University of the Rockies, United States University, National University, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Presentation College.  Currently he is teaching at  the College of DuPage.  He has also worked as a professor at all of these universities teaching and advising undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students.   Dr. Mack weaves his leadership organizational skills into both his consultations and classes.  He has an intrinsic love of education and wants to share this with you via SkillRocket Consulting.  Hablo Espanol.

Dr. Mack received his Bachelor of Arts in English in 2003 from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, his Master of Arts in Education in 2009 from the University of Arizona Global Campus, San Diego and his Doctorate in Psychology, in both Organizational Leadership and Industrial Organizational Psychology, in 2015 from the University of Arizona Global Campus, San Diego.  He is a published author as well.
