What type of a leader am I?

Various leadership theories such as: leader membership exchange theory, membership exchange theory, transactional, transformative and charismatic leadership will be explained and discussed.  Through various discussions and assessments, the type of leader you want to be and what  leadership method suits you the best will be explored. 

Employees can choose to meet with Dr. Mack on a one-on-one and/or in a group session to assess how they feel about their current leadership and what they feel could be improved upon. The results will be provided to the company leadership in aggregate anonymous form.
